Portfolio > For My Father, Who Died in a Motocross Accident

I'm very interested in combining art and writing to create stories about fictional people with a tale to tell. This is a drawing series about a young man who discovers his deceased father had a hidden past as a motocross racer, circa 1982.

I'm really pleased with most of these drawings and I wish I could've kept it going, maybe to create a small book or zine.

This world -- especially the hairstyle and gear -- really appeals to me, and I would love to create some portraits of real racers from that era.
