Portraits
I've drawn dozens and dozens of portraits in the last 20 years, and I'm always grateful that pencil allows me to add small details to each face, to nail the look I want.
Painting portraits has been more of a challenge, but it's one that I welcome. I'm proud of my homegrown style, but I'd love my painted portraits to have depth and shadow. So I'm plunging full speed ahead with boxers, hockey players and tough guys with soul.
